Sleep-out for Syria
On 1 July this year about 35 of us gathered together at church in solidarity with the Syrian refugees. We slept in cardboard boxes in the church car park and shivered through the coldest night of the year. We also prayed and raised money for the Churches in Lebanon which are at the front line of assisting the refugees. Collectively with other churches we have raised over $22,000.
